Ida Mountains or Kaz Mountains, one of the rare natural beauties of the Anatolian geography is for me. This is a geography where I enjoyed very much and went to find peace. One of the few places in our country where the value is not understood.must be visited.

Where are the Ida Mountains?

Much of it lies between Edremit Gulf in the south, Zeytinli Brook in the east, Karamenderes Brook in the north and Mıhlı Brook in the west, covering an area of 21,452 hectares. Kazdağı National Park has been protected as a national park since 1994 due to its geological location and its interesting vegetation, climate and soil structure. This region of Kaz Mountains continuously produces high oxygen.

In general, most people are confused about where they are connected. The Ida Mountains, located in the provinces of Canakkale and Balıkesir, and forming the borders of the Aegean and Marmara Regions, are located on the north-western side of the Anatolian peninsula. This is the highest mountain of Biga peninsula at the same time. The most important centers of the Kaz Mountains are Küçükkuyu and Altınoluk which has the second cleanest air with the second cleanest oxygen ratio of the world after Alp Mountain.

How to get to the Ida Mountains

The Kaz Mountains are spreading over a very wide area. Troia, Assos, Akçay, Burhaniye, Ören, Gömeç and Ayvalık in the northern Aegean coasts with its historical and cultural riches. Turkish Airlines, AnadoluJet, Borajet and Pegasus Airlines and Istanbul Atatürk and Sabiha Gökçen Airports Balikesir Edremit Koca Seyit Airport has daily 55-minute nonstop flights.
